Texts Disappear When Cursor is Hovered

    Kindly help. Am neophyte in using WP. Just know how to change images and links.
    Might have done something wrong.
    When you go to my landing page http://thefoodcritic.me you will notice Featured Innovation for the Week. When you place cursor up texts/read more link appear. But when you hover cursor direct to said texts…they DISAPPEAR.

    Here’s the script that I’ve copied and to be pasted here. Had I touched a thing in there to have such effect?
