WordPress.com blogs are non-commercial blogs that cannot be used to drive traffic to 3rd party sites and that’s what affiliate marketing programs like the one you are advertising on your blog does. I’d like to recommend that you consult the wordpress.com ToS agreement Section 2, 5th bullet http://wordpress.com/tos/as well as this “no advertising policy” http://faq.wordpress.com/2005/12/08/adsense/
