  Thank you to the angel at WordPress support who promptly fixed the mess I made of the DNS settings on our website last Thursday. I still haven’t figured out how to achieve what I was trying to do, so I hope I won’t need to call on you again to undo my stuff-ups.

  Hi, just to clarify, phone support isn’t offered on WordPress.com but there are plenty of other options available. :)
