  What best practices are there for sending a thank you email to new followers of my blog?

  Hi there,

  You can see information about your followers on your Stats page in the “Totals, Followers, & Shares” box, or by going directly to this link:

  http://wordpress.com/#!/my-stats/?blog_subscribers

  If your followers provide contact information publicly (for example, in their public profile), you can use that to contact them and thank them for following your blog. If they have a link to their own blog, you may want to check it out and see if it interests you — you can always thank them by following their blog, too!
