  Especially if it’s from here in North Carolina since we have better BBQ than they do in Southern Cal. :)

  The best BBQ in the west has got to be sockeye salmon from the cool Canadian river runs and prepared by the Snuneymuxw First Nation. :D

  Many people in Southern California have southern and midwestern roots. Lots of good BBQ going on. :)

  Funny, I seem to remember some PBS expert on cooking recently stating that the best BBQ was found here in Charlotte.

  I’d go find that article but I’m short on time today.
