Thanks for deleting me

    I can’t do anything. Your back end is frozen at all times and won’t allow me to do anything at all. I want to send you the proof but you guys have nothing but “noreply” or NO customer service option unless it’s through your broken back end. This is honestly ridiculous.

    I noticed you deleted my prior post when the issue wasn’t solved at all. Kindly don’t erase this one. I want to close my account and get the domain deleted. I can’t do anything as you guys have a frozen back end on the website. I can’t even contact you through it or make any changes. Fix this.

  • Hi @lockandkeyent, are you referring to this one? We can merge the requests if you’d like.

    It does look like the main issue with closing the account is that you still have an active domain. You wouldn’t be able to manage the domain if you delete the account, so you’ll need to sort out the domain first.

    Here are a few options:

    – Transfer the domain (here’s how)

    – Cancel the domain (I recommend against this unless you intend to never use the domain again)

    – Keep the service just for the sake of that domain, in which case you’re more than welcome to unsubscribe from everything except the most relevant emails. You can do that here:
