Hello! I don’t know if this is the right place, but I would like to thank you for saving my blog. I have been writing it since 2009 and my service provider informed me today, that they are closing the whole site! I got very upset, because I did not want to loose all my texts and pictures. Luckily I found this “original” WordPress.com-site and I was able to import everything here! Now I can continue posting to my family and friends from abroad, which is very important to me! I never thought, that it would be possible to import everything without any problems, so I was happily surprised about it. Thank you again! Janette

There is no expiration date on blogs unused, reserved or otherwise and I’m happy that you are happy that you have discovered that. Best wishes with your blog.
