    Just a small note to say thanks. A fellow open-source lover recommended your site because Google wasnt really doing it for me. I am looking forward to blogging and learning everything I can about it. You guys and gals rock. BTW,just looking at the picture, we really need to get more women into IT-I counted less than 5 on the picture. Ill try to make it in the career field maybe in about 3 years.
