    I have a question. Is there elementor free theme on the wordpress.com? Or can i upload free theme built with elementor to the wordpress.com? And how to show my free theme in the recommend theme list?

    You can’t install a third party theme or plugin on a wordpress.com site without upgrading to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/

    Typically ‘Elementor themes’ aren’t displayed as WordPress themes (either on WordPress.com or WordPress.org), but you could possibly check with Elementor.com themselves if they accept submissions of templates built by users of Elementor.
