  Are my hits down because of the holiday? I was usually getting 35 hits a day but right now if have 3.

  If your readers are mostly from the U.S., then that would be a reasonable assumption that your stats are down because of the holiday.

  Do you live in the U.S.?

  Sorry, I meant to add that I’m in the U.S. and my stats have been up, down, and normal. But about 30 to 40 % of my readers do not live in the U.S.

  Well, I went to some grocery stores over the past few days, and it seems that everyone and his cousin is desperately trying to stock up on as much food as possible before a one day holiday. And then there are the zillions flying or driving “home”. None of these folk are interested in blogs now.

  December will be slowish as well. Gotta buy lots of stuff. Spirit of the season…
