While using the premium package, I was able to open multiple chats with the happy engineers for support, but then for some reason, the chat interface with the support person disappeared and changed. There is a new interface, just a single tap. I saw the business package with 24/7 priority support, very attractive, right? I then upgraded to the business plan and tried out the 24/7 priority support. The result was very disappointing, I had to wait half a day to receive an answer
while all my website articles are inaccessible, the support people keep asking me hard to understand things, the engineers happily take half a day to answer me, the point is you keep asking me, then I replied and waited another half a day, so when will my problem be resolved
