Hi. I did not mean to have my card charged. I would appreciate a refund. I did not notice the amount before I clicked to start my basic service. It was on the other side of the screen. I realize it is only $36 per year, but I would have appreciated it not be set to automatically charge an amount. I would have liked to have been asked about the amount before billing.

Renewal notices are sent about 1 month ahead of time to the email address you have entered in your account settings. Please check that email address to make sure it is current.
Do you wish to stop your autorenew? If so, for what site was the upgrade purchased?

No. This was my first sign up. There was a price automatically entered when I clicked on the basic service, but I assumed I’d be prompted to enter a price rather than having one picked for me.

If you do not wish to keep the Personal Plan, you can initiate the refund yourself in Manage Purchases: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

I don’t see any upgrades, nor even any sites in your account. What is the site for which you want a refund? You will need to be logged in as the account you used to purchase a plan in order to request a refund on the plan.
