the 2FA box is not showing so I can login

    I set up 2FA authorisation and when I login the box is never showing for me to enter the code
    Please help

    Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Unknown
    Correct account: Unknown

    I would recommend clearing your cache and cookies and retrying again to log in.

    To enable authentication app 2-factor authentication for your individual account:

    1. Click on your account icon in the top-right corner of the page, and select Account Settings.
    2. Under the Account tab, scroll to the 2-Step Verification section. (Note: You will not see this section if your organization uses single sign-on (SSO) for authentication.)
    3. Click Set up.
    4. Select Authentication App (recommended) and click Next.
    5. Open the authentication app on your phone and scan the QR code. (You can also enter the secret key located under the QR code into the authenticator app manually.)
    6. Enter the code you received in the authenticator app and click Submit.

    I have used the same for my website https://www.beckandbulow.com and now its working.

    Hi @angela02,

    The WordPress.com account you’re contacting from doesn’t 2FA enabled. Are you referring to some other account?

    Please note that the site you mentioned is not hosted here by us. Therefore if this is the one with the 2FA issue I recommend contacting your hosting provider.

    Thanks, I will contact hosting provider.
    The confusion I have is that previously the page would load after login with a box to enter 2FA and now it does not.
