Do you get help with website creation questions, like how to make a dropdown menu? Is it unlimited bandwidth. Do you have telephone support. Can you pay monthly or do you have to pay a year at a time?

It is best to keep to one thread rather than starting multiple ones. There is no phone support at WordPress.com but paid plans get access to email and Livechat with staff. There are no bandwidth restrictions. Upgrades are charged annually in advance. See the other replies to your questions at:
