  You have deducted $114 dollars account from my account which has been closed ending in [redacted]. It was taken out of my new account ending in [redacted]. The checking account ends in [redacted]. That is where you took the money out of. If you can withdraw from that account you can refund to it as well.

  Hi @adamskr59, I redacted those numbers — these forums are public and that is private info.

  I can see a refund is in progress. The funds can only be returned to the account they came from, so they should end up in the right place. Please just allow time for that to process and route back.
