The account is disabled

    Hi. I am the co-owner of the company that owns costadelsolavisen.no. The account in which the website was built in is now disabled without our knowledge and we are not able to enter the account to further design the website. When we press the forgot password option, it only states that the User does not exist even though we are using the same e-mail address as always (email visible only to moderators and staff). Can you please help to recover the site?
