The Adaption Theme (HELP!)

    I am trying to change the default image that comes with The Adaption Theme but when I go to header > add new image, it is placing the image in the left hand top corner of the screen and leaving in place the default lake, trees image? Does anyone know if the theme has an error or it’s just me going insane?

    The header image for The Adaption theme is designed to appear in the left top corner as you noticed. This is the default placement of this theme’s header image.

    The default lake and trees image is a featured image, not a header image. Featured images can be set for some themes but for Adaption, featured image is post-specific, meaning it changes with each post.
