  Hi, i have a problem.
  I tried for two days, to open a blog with my name, and when i try to make an url with my name it doesn’s work.
  The name is ‘sorincristian.wordpress.com’. Yestarday i put this address to see who has the blog and the address and nothing. It apair like ‘The address sorincristian.wordpress.com cannot be registered. Sorry, that site is reserved! But you can sign up and choose another one’
  I think a few years ago, i had this name and i delete it but i’m not pretty sure.
  I realy need this url address. Can you fix this, please?

  Hello,

  If you had this site before on WordPress.com, and deleted it (rather than deactivating it) then you cannot get it back at that exact name.

  You need to come up with a new plan.
  1. You could try something like “scristian” or “sorinc,” etc.
  2. You could also register a domain name like “sorincristian.com” (if it’s available) and use that instead. (This does require a small upgrade fee for your WordPress.com site.)

  Here’s how to get started with that:

  Yes, i read about that, but it’s not posible to unlock that name?

  Must be something that could work. I really need that name!

  WordPress.COM now reserves a blog to match the account name – that blog is reserved for a seven year old account – if that is your account then you can recover it – else find a different blog name or contact the account owner and convince them to give you the blog name
