  To provide more background. I had an old WordPress account under user name: Alaina Ingram and email (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  The admin for WordPress account https://limitlessplanetclientportal.com/ added me in as a user under this same username Alaina Ingram and email (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  When I received the account set up and password change email for https://limitlessplanetclientportal.com/ I was able to change my password but when I tried to Log in it would only let me log into my old WordPress account and NOT https://limitlessplanetclientportal.com/.

  I went in and changed my user name on the old WordPress account hoping to gain access to https://limitlessplanetclientportal.com/ and now every time I try to log in it says that the account has been closed.

  The admin on https://limitlessplanetclientportal.com/ tried to even reset my password and send new invite and nothing is working. Please help I need resolved within next 24 hours.

  I checked the logs for the new account (@alainaringram) and saw that you closed that account. If you want it restored, please reply to the account closure email we have sent you.

  As for your old account (@alainareneeingram), I see that you recently recovered access to it. So, if you don’t want to unclose that other account of yours, you can use this one to be added to limitlessplanetclientportal.com.
