The archives feature in Selecta won't work :(

  Hello ! I am rocking the Selecta theme at the moment. Love the archive styled pages. Problem is that the archive pages only will show as many thumbnails as posts you allow on your main page… So if I have 1 post on the main page the archive only shows one thumbnail and people need to scroll tediously through 30 odd pages to see each little thumbnail.
  If I set 25 posts to show on the main page then the archives show 25 thumbnails per page.

  I really don’t want a main page with a huge amount of posts on though. Am I missing something in setting up the Archives or is this a ‘bug’ ?

  This is actually normal behavior of almost any WordPress theme.

  It looks like you’re showing more than one post now, and the archives reflect that too.
