  Hello,

  I am sorry, but once the website has been deleted it cannot be recovered.
  You will have to choose a new name and recreate the website.

  It all depends how long ago you deleted that site. If you read the link provided by @skipiczeljko you’ll see that if it was deleted less than 30 days ago then a member of staff can recover the address. If (and only if) you meet that criteria then add the word modlook to the tag box here on the far right and staff will assist in due course. (If you deleted the site more than 30 days ago then address and content will have been removed from WordPress.com servers).
