The Author link shows up as my log-in Name

I don’t want my log-in name to be the name of the author. Also I would like to be able to change the name of the author when I am re-blogging, so that I am not taking credit for the work of others.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can change the name displayed on your posts and comments by changing the “display name” on your Personal Settings admin panel:
