The author name is not appearing currently on my blog

  The theme I was using before did not show my “author name” but the new one does (Able theme). The issue is even though my name is “Effraeti” (my screen name) everywhere in my blog admin options, my author name at the top of my posts is appearing as “Jamie Roman” (my real name).

  Is this a bug or is there a setting I have missed changing?

  Go to your dashboard and look under Users > My Profile. On that page, you should see “Display name publicly as” – make sure that’s set to what you want it to be.

  Did you connect your account here using Google+? If you did, you may be stuck.
