The auto renew has screwed me

    i need a refund on the 99 dollar package because wordpress did not send me any emails or warning saying that it was going to renew. I cannot afford this package at the moment. I want to continue using word press but this is thy type of thing that makes me want to tell everyone no never go near wordpress ever. It is not cool to take my money like that. The bank have charged me. That is my rent money that has been taken out and i have to dispute this 60 pounds and will do endlessly. Where can i find a mail address for wordpress? Thanks, Chris

    Hi there, you always have access to your account information, including your expiration dates and auto-renew status when you click Store → My Upgrades in your Dashboard. You can turn off auto-renew for the future. If you do this, no financial information will be stored on your account, and you can renew manually.

    I am more than happy to refund the cost of your recent renewal ASAP, if you give me the go-ahead. This will cancel your Premium renewal entirely and I don’t want to do it without your permission, as you will lose a level your site’s currently functionality.

    If you choose to unbundle your Premium package, and keep certain components, that’s a possibility as well. You can unbundle them by clicking Store → My Upgrades and clicking cancel on your Premium upgrade. From there, let me know what you’d like to keep/cancel and I’ll take action on it as soon as I get your note.
