The background changed (without me changing it) and the colour of some text chan

The background changed (without me changing it) and the colour of some text changed to blend in with that (ie it’s not visible to the viewer now). I changed the background colour, and have changed the text, header etc colours. However, the text in the tabs is still not visible and the bullet points in the posts is also not displaying (ie. they are blending in). I’m at my limit of problem solving… can you please help? Website is http://www.healthaware.org
