The best way to download all uploads

How can I download all of my uploads from my blog?
Suppose: I bought “More Space” upgrade from wordpress and I uploaded a lot of stuffs (eg: jpg, doc, pdf and etc) in my space.Then, I wanna download all of my stuffs in one shot.
So, What should I do? -
I have searched around and there are threads that suggest this would be a good thing, but right now, you have to download each file one at a time (unless I am missing something here). Maybe send a feedback (through admin) to the staff suggesting that bulk download of uploads would be a good idea!

by right click on that material which u want to be upload and then just do the copy paist.

It’s one at a time currently I’m afraid. You could do it with ftp but we don’t have ftp access currently.
