I Cannot to buy a domain. Every time I try, show me the error message “The transaction cannot complete successfully. Please check the billing address and expiration date or try another card. Please contact your bank if you have further problems.” It’s all right with my credit card and my adress, how can I do it?

The debit card must have a VISA or Mastercard symbol on it, and should work just like a credit card when selecting the VISA or Mastercard option on the payment form, even though it’s a debit card.

Hi there!
The error that we show in our records is that the transaction has been declined by the bank that issued your credit card. This can happen for a variety of reasons, although we’re not able to see why. Some of the reasons are:
- closed credit card account
- account is over the limit
- account is past due
- automated fraud alert
The last reason above, an automated fraud prevention block, is the most common. Usually you just need to call your bank and let them know you want to make a purchase on WordPress.com, and they can get the block removed right away.
Can you please get in touch with the bank and then try your payment again?
Also, if you’re trying to use PayPal to fund your purchase, please ensure that your funding source has been verified. Contact PayPal if you need help with that.
