The Block column under the WordPress Settings is not working

I am unable to edit my posts and texts. Please advise what I should do. I have already tried uninstalling the plugins and installing them back again from the online tutorials I have seen. but still in vain.

Hi there, sorry for the late response and thanks for providing that information. It looks like your site is not hosted with us here at WordPress.com and we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
Just to clarify, this support forum you’ve posted to assists users with free websites hosted on the WordPress.com platform. WordPress.com (where we are ) and WordPress are separate entities with different documentation and support forums. More information about the differences can be found here
For help with a site using the open source WordPress software, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
