The blog I created has a weird language

    My blog changed interface language and i can’t find the setting on it since i do not understand what it says.
    Could someone please help me find the right icon to change it?

    Try selecting your own language here > Settings > General and know I have tagged this thread for Staff. Then subscribe to the thread so your are notified when they reply.

    I have a similar problem, except my website does not have the option to change the language back to English. I created an English blog to find the language function, and my Farsi website simply does not have the option to turn the interface back into English. On the Farsi blog, I can see all the other features that the English blog has, but no language option.

    I think the website was created using a Farsi version of WordPress. Is there a way I can get the interface into English so I can update the website?

    The blog linked to your username is a WordPress.com hosted blog that’s devoid of any blogger created content. We provide support only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs here and not for WordPress.org software installs.

    If that’s not a WordPress>COM hosted blog you are referring to then we do not provide support for it here and you are posting to the wrong support forum.

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

    If you are referring to a WordPress.COM blogs then post the URL starting with http:// please.

    Hi there,

    I see that it is currently set to Portuguese. If you would like to change this please go to Configurações > Geral in your Dashboard. Go down to Idioma and you can set your language there.

    @gracenotes4- As @timethief stated, if you need help with your WordPress.com site please let me know!
