The blog I need help with…

    This is a very useful addition in the WordPress forums because the volunteers don’t bother to ask for the blog url when providing support. But it’s quite annoying in the off topic forum. People don’t post in off topic forum to get help. For instance the threadhttps://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/revolting?replies=3 looks quite odd with this statement. So please edit this new addition and remove it from off topic forum.

    I’m not aware of wheter or not this software for all the forums can be changed to eliminate that on just one of the forums. Only Staff can say if that’s possible or not. As for me, I don’t find that the appearance of the link affects my Off-Topic forum use at all.

    It really can’t be changed on a per forum basis right now.

    Why not?
    At first it was as “Blog url” in staff answer forum(only). And now it is as “Blog url” in support forum but as “The blog I need help with is” in all other forums. It shows that it can be changed on per forum basis.
    If it can’t be eliminated from off topic forum then at least change the text to “Blog url” or something more suitable.
