The blog text box is black.

The blog text box is black, I cannot see what I’m writing.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Seems like your other post is in the default white color. The one on top has been set to black color, apparently from the editor.

To change color, edit this post, in the editor highlight all the text and click on the underlined “A” icon. From there you can change its color.

OR, if you have the paid Premium plan and mistakenly changed the theme colors, you can adjust them from Dashboard > Customize > Fonts.

    Hi ehtis,
Thanks for taking the time. Am I correct that the free service does not allow to customize fonts and colors?
Can you make it clearer how to change the color with the “A” icon. I could not find what you referred to.

  • Yes, your blog’s overall font and colors can’t be changed unless you have the Premium or Business plan.

However, you can change the color of any part of your post when you’re editing or adding one. Go to Dashboard > Posts and edit the one with black text. It will open up the editor, select all the text and click the “A” icon.

Make sure you’re in the Visual editor. (top right.)
