The blog that we had on our page has been deleted

    A group and I are using this site to create a blog for our computer applications class. We had a blog all done that was titled, ‘History Of Journalism’. Three of us in this group project already had our part of the blog typed up and saved last Tuesday. When I logged on today, all our stuff was deleted from the blog but the blog title still shows up with the ability to edit it. I was wondering that maybe on your end, it got deleted.

    There is an Admin Edit link on posts and pages that only you as Admin and any Editors you have created can see when you are logged in. It’s for your convenience and your visitors cannot see it. You cannot remove it as it’s coded into the theme templates and we cannot edit templates or themes.

    Which username account registered the site?

    Did the username account that registered the site provide their login information to others?

    Did you ignore the recommendation that that username account be the only Admin of the site?

    Nothing related to site-administration is off-limits for Administrators, including deleting the entire site. This is why we recommend having only one administrator per blog. https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator

    Hi there,

    I can see 17 post revisions for ‘History Of Journalism’. If you would like to restore one of the revisions, you can do so using the instructions on this page:

    There is nothing to suggest there was a problem on our end. Looking at the revision history, I can see the content for this post was changed an hour ago.

    Come back to me if you have any problems restoring the revision you need.
