The bottom third of my logo is always cut off no matter how small I make the jpg
-
I can’t upload my customised logo as a header. No matter what size I shrink the jpeg down to, when I upload the image and get to the crop and publish screen, the bottom third of the image is shaded grey and I can’t get the selection window to expand further. Even when I resave the jpeg down to 700 x 144 pixels it still cuts off the bottom third of the logo.

Your theme requires the header image to be 950 × 200 pixels.
If you upload a 700 x 144 image, it will be stretched to match the closest furthest dimension and then cropped to fit, which is why you’re losing part of it.
Try saving it as 950 × 200 pixels before uploading.
