What happens if I click the box that says ‘this is super-awesome post’ when I publish my posts? Will the readers see it? Is it going to help readers to find my post easier?

I think you are getting that from
dashboard—>users—>personal settings—>”Instant Post Feedback Show the feedback and progress sidebar after posting “It will not help you attract readers. It is supposed to encourage you to keep making new posts.
If you want to increase traffic, then take a look at the tag I placed in the right sidebar “increase traffic.” Especially the ones from timethief.
