The Button “Publizieren” not exist

  hi,
  why I can’t find the Button “publizieren” when I write my blog? I only see “speichern” und “Vorschau”. When I take “vorschau” I see my Blog how I like it. Then I go to “speichern”. I only get a draft-modus. I cant find the Button “publizieren”. Without this Button my blog does not appears in the Dashboard. So I need your help.

  P.S. If you can please write in german. So, I can understand the answer without problems.
