the cell/mobile version is awful

  Hi,

  A year back I made a website with theme twenty seventeen. Happy. It worked well on big screens (my laptop) and on cell phones.

  Now, though, when I checked the cell phone look, it is awful, clunky and NOT twenty seventeen. I don’t know what to do or how to do it.
