The clock on my blog needs to be rest . Possible to have an Indian Std Time?

I need to change the timing on my blog… that is rest the clock to Indian Standard Time. How do i do that ?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Dashboard >> Settings >> General
two options, pick a city in your time zone, or you can page down to the bottom of the drop down and pick a UTC offset, there are half hour options which might be the one you are looking for
remember to save changes
