Hello, WordPress Support Team,
The text color of my website worked perfectly well before, but in recent days, I noticed that all my text on the black cover doesn’t change to white, so I can’t read them anymore. Here is my website:

Hi,
To change the color of the text, you can go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and add the following
.wp-block-cover__inner-container .has-text-align-center strong { color: #ffff; }Thanks and Regards

Hello, ajithnow!
Thank you so much!
But in the [Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS ], the messenger box shows that the users should upgrade to advanced users. My WordPress account is a free version. The text on my black automatically changes to white on the black cover throughout the ears. Till recent days, the text doesn’t change to white, so that I can’t read it. I didn’t do anything to my setting and page.
Would you have any idea?
Thank you again,
Best -
Hi @yidechen,
You can easily change the text by using editor.
Please open the page on editor which you are having issue from your_site->Pages->All pages. Click on the block on which you need to change color. After selecting on the right side you will find a sidebar where you will find color section. From there please change the background color and text color :). See the ScreenshotDont forget to update the after change. You’ll find more details here https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/paragraph-block/#block-settings
Hope this will help or let us know here.
Happy blogging. :) -
Thanks for trying to help.
Before suggesting CSS it’s best to make sure exactly what part of their site someone is speaking of. That way you can check if making the change might even be possible without CSS.
Also keep in mind that most people posting in this forum are on free sites that can’t use CSS. So adding a mention that CSS would require the Premium Plan, along with a link to our custom CSS support page, is usually a good idea :)
Thanks for the help here :)
