The Columnist – homepage layout

Okay, I’m using The Columnist theme – it will work well with the archive of articles I want to publish. This is how it looks so far:

I don’t know how to get the homepage to display articles in columns, i.e. 4 columns with an image and the start or taster for each article with a ‘Continue Reading’ link to the article page itself. I’m stumped. How do I do it? Once I know this then I’ve got what I need for my site and can start adding the 30-odd articles I already have, with a new one added every month.

    Thanks, Jude.

By default the front page of the blog is the post that displays all posts in your blog. Though there is only one dynamic page in a blog for posts (not pages) http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page

Please consult the detailed theme description page at thislinkhttp://theme.wordpress.com/themes/the-columnist/
