The Columnist theme: some difficulties in customizing it
-
Some days ago I changed my site’s theme to “The Columnist” and with the CSS editor (which I have) have been customizing it (and learning its quirks in the process). But one major one remains, which I can’t seem to resolve on my own, namely that on the single posts and single pages part of the body text field is obscured by a black field, which I can’t identify in order then to modify it.
My site is musicuratum.com, and here is one page where the problem is visible: http://musicuratum.com/about-musicuratum/. I’d be grateful for any useful help.
I have several other questions about customizing this theme, but first things first.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is a negative left margin set in one of your custom CSS rules – namely in .entry-content. Look through your custom CSS for this:
.entry-content {and then set margin-left to 0 and that will fix it.
