The correction overload
-
I have read that when you make changes very often (say about 20-50 times) after a post has been published, the data on the wordpress server could get turn into a mess.
It never happened to me, but sometimes I take the full HTML out of a post, put it in a doc, delete the post, and put the contents back in a fresh post. Because I made a lot of corrections and image additions and feel that it’s better to iron out the post. But my blogfollowers get notice of every new post. Except, it isn’t a new post, nothing of the re-loaded contents has been altered and the post title is also the same one…
So how serious is this ‘risk on over-correcting’ actually?
