While you are waiting for a reply from Staff, please try the following troubleshooting suggestions:
Log out of WordPress.com, clear your browser cache and cookies, close your browser entirely, then open and log back in. If that still doesn’t work, please try with a different browser.
Also, make sure you are using an up-to-date browser, that javascript and 3rd party cookies are enabled in your browser. If you need to update your browser, visit http://browsehappy.com/

I gave your hint a try and cleared everything but I still cannot create a new blog. Guess I have to wait until you fix this issue.

I was also having this problem. Just FYI, if you have a mobile device such as an iPhone, I was able to use the mobile version of the site to successfully create a new blog. Just a little work around for now.

*I* (a forum volunteer in this mostly peer-to-peer community forum) won’t be fixing anything, but hopefully Staff will soon. :)

I was able to download the wordpress app on my iPhone and then I created a new blog from there. Thanks for the tip!

I tried create new blog on iPad, did not work either. Maybe only through mobile app wordpress?

i’ve tried on two different computers, on two different browsers, and from the android app, and i can’t create a blog either. what’s going on support team?!
