The CSS Editor Scrollbar Keeps 'jumping/jittering' as I scroll up/down

    As I am scrolling up and down the scrollbar to edit the custom CSS for the wordpress site, it often “jumps”, such that I lose track of where I am in the CSS code editor and it is very disorienting. How do I fix or disable this?

    If so, does this only happen on the edit CSS screen or other places as well?

    What browser and version number are you using?
