The date in the dashboard is incorrect

  I made a post today and it has Sept. 19 as the post date. When I changed the date to Sept. 23, it showed it as a future post.

  To explain a little more:

  I made a post today, the 23rd. When I went to my site, the post was several posts down (not at the top). If you look at it, it says it was posted on the 19th. I did a quick edit of the post and changed the date to the 23rd, then it disappeared from the site and shows it as a scheduled post, to be posted on the 23rd.
