  Hello, I recently bought a service from Go Daddy, and they said they can provide me the service like wordpress and with cheaper bill, but I found out the wordpress itself has service, and every time I meet with problem,go daddy said let me ask wordpress contact, but I want to know the chat service on wordpress is for paid mermbership only ?

  And to clarify, if you purchase a plan at WordPress.com you get staff support but only for any site here, not for a site hosted at GoDaddy.

  If you have a Godaddy hosting with WordPress, your site uses the open source wordpress.org which is in no way related to wordpress.com, https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/.
  Support for sites using the open source wordpress.org is at https://wordpress.org/support/
