  Hi,

  I recently cancelled my subscription by mistake and whilst trying to renew could not get my domain ‘hylasmaliki.com’ again, even if it was a matter of seconds. Can you help me gain this domain back? I would like to subscribe again.

  Canceling a domain does not make it immediately available to repurchase elsewhere. Here are the available options for you:

  Wait: You can wait about five days from cancellation for the domain to be released. So long as no one else buys it before you do, you can purchase it again with another provider.

  Repurchase the Domain: We can send an invoice and restore the domain. You’ll be able to point it to a new host as soon as it’s restored, then transfer the registration after 60 days.

  Repurchase a Plan: To host your site here, buy an annual plan, skip the domain option, and update us here.

  Hi. Thanks. I noticed the price is 18. Can I can the £36.00 annual plan where the domain is free for a year? Do I just do as the other person suggested and upgrade the plan and then post a comment here to say I did it so I can get the domain?
