The domain I bought through you doesn't work

  I purchased http://www.eattravelrockout.com yesterday through you, and it says it’s active, but it doesn’t work. I’ve tried different computers and browsers. Does it just take a while? Please help, thanks!

  Hi there,

  It looks like the domain registration for eattravelrockout.com failed (our fault, not yours!). I’ve just added 17 credits to your account — would you able to do the following?

  1. Go to Store -> Domains and insert eattravelrockout.com into the textbox next to “Add domain to blog.”

  2. After clicking on “Add domain to blog,” insert the requested registration information.

  3. When prompted to pay, select “Use WordPress.com credits.”

  4. After payment is complete, head over to your Dashboard -> Store -> Domains and update your primary domain to eattravelrockout.com.

  Please let me know if you come across any errors.
