The domain is in a client hold status and no one is answering

    It’s week 3 and I still can’t use the space.
    I have started 2 threads here, both times the staff said they were looking into it and closed the thread for a response.
    However, it has been 3 weeks and still no one has replied.
    I want to move the domain to another location or update the DNS but nothing is allowed.
    No emails are returned. There is no way to communicate. I don’t think anyone cares about the problem.
    WordPress domain service regret?
