  Hi
  I have taken a hosting plan in WordPress, ‘Best for Personal Use’ a couple of days ago. I had already a domain, which was registered through godaddy. The domain is ‘grassroute.org’
  And I think I have been credited the amount from wp, but when I logged in wp I got the following message.
  Invalid domain mapping product in cart.
  Can’t I connect the domain with wordpress?
  Right now I got a url: grassrouteorg.wordpress.com/
  What should I do? Thanks in advance.

  Hi there,

  Your domain grassroute.org doesn’t seem to be pointing to WordPress.com

  1.) If your domain is registered elsewhere, you’ll need to first make the domain name server records point to WordPress.com.
  (your domain registrar should have instructions for doing this or you can contact their support)
  https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/change-name-servers/#changing-name-servers-to-point-to-wordpress-com

  2.) Once you’ve changed the name server records, on WordPress,.com, set the primary site address to the domain you want under Settings -> General
  (If it’s a custom domain, you’ll first need to map the domain under Upgrades → Domains)

  I do not see any upgrades under your @mainframedown WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that grassroute.org is shows as “transfer pending start” at WordPress.com but listed is under a different account and not your mainframedown login.
