The domain mapping is about to expire, checkout page not working!?
-
the checkout page to renew my domain mapping isn’t working, what do I do since it expires in five days?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Howdy @robynbrown6!
Let’s make sure you’re on the right page before we do anything else.
Read this support document and make sure you’re on the same page that is shown in the image on #1.

We already bought the domain. It just comes up with an ad everytime we pull up the website that says the mapping is about to expire, and we have to renew it. When you click on the suggested link to renew, it won’t load the page.

@mulberryfarmsantarosa
To renew your domain mapping requires that you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same wordpress.COM username account that registered the underlying .wordpress.COM blog being mapped to from the domain URL, and purchased the domain mapping for that site.
See:

The whole site only has one Admin account. I’m logging in via the same way we set up the site a year ago. Is there an alternative way to pay the domain mapping?

^^ This is the page that won’t load for me. It just flickers every time I’ve opened it over the past few days. -
